October Musical Writing Month
In the spirit of NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month, held in November of each year), in 2016 I decided to dedicate October as OctoMusiWriMo. I worked on my musical (intention was to work on it daily--didn't quite achieve that goal), and sent out brief missives throughout the month to a small group of supportive friends.

I can't thank each of you enough for bearing witness to my writing process this month. I really appreciate all of the thoughtful comments, advice, support, and encouragement. It means a lot.
I am going to keep moving forward. I still want to write this musical. I am still excited about the story, the characters, the possibilities...
